30 Day Blogging Challenge - Day 14 3 Healthy Habits


Hey Guys

Today I am going to share with you 3 healthy have developed over time and as a sports student you are constantly told what is good for you and also what is bad. Something which you could class as a healthy habit is that I don't have full fat milk instead I choose to half semi skimmed because I have decided that skimmed is not for me it does taste like water but I do want to see if I can get used to this.
